Class Catalog

Whether you are new to firearms or are experienced, this is the right class for you and we are all amongst friends. We will discuss safe handling, firearm fundamentals, handgun selection, situational awareness, legal use of force, violent encounters and the aftermath as well as state specific laws. In this course we will cover the necessary state required training and provide a Class Completion Certificate* in order for you to obtain your DE or FL Concealed Carry permit. The range portion of the class is typically done in the afternoon however depending on the time of year or the weather, the range portion can vary slightly. Regarding the range…we take our time on the range and we are like “helicopter parents” to assure safety and to help. Don’t own a firearm or have the necessary equipment for the range portion? We have firearms available for rent, ammo (for qualification only) and/or eye and ear protection to rent or purchase.

Concealed Carry Permit Classes, Renewals Classes & Combo Classes (DE, FL, MD, NJ, UT & VA)

Please note that there is an additional $30 range fee for DE, MD and/or NJ students.

Whether you are looking to obtain one state or multiple states, we offer the required training that DE, FL, MD, NJ, UT and/or VA require. In these classes we will go over the state required topics which include, legal use of force, safe handling, firearm fundamentals, firearm selection, suicide prevention, safe storage and other pertinent topics per state requirements and information to keep ourselves safer in our environments. We will also provide state specific instructions on applying for your permit or your renewal permit and assist you after the class if you have any questions or concerns throughout the process.

Don’t own a firearm or have the necessary equipment for the range portion? We have firearms available for rent, ammo (for qualification only) and/or eye and ear protection to rent or purchase.

If you are interested in doing multiple states, you can add states during the registration process. If you are not sure if you want to add states, you will have an option to add states the day of class.

VERY IMPORTANT - if you would like to obtain your Maryland Wear and Carry in addition to other states, book or register under the Maryland class. Use the “BOOK NOW - MD” button.

​Introduction to Firearms

Whether you are nervous about handling a gun or just want to educate yourself on the fundamentals of gun ownership, this is the ideal class. This is an open discussion-type class that will go over concerns that you may have as well as the following; how to select the right gun for you, ammunition options, safe gun and ammunition handling and storage. We will also discuss the fundamentals of pistol shooting, such as trigger control, proper grip, correct sight alignment and gun maintenance.

Please note that this is a classroom only class however if you would like to add some range time we will make arrangements to do so (additional charges would apply).

3 hour class. Classes are held in Townsend, DE.

Stopping the Bleed

In this class we will discuss traumatic injuries. Discussions will include treatments for severe arterial bleeding, severe lacerations, flailing and sucking chest wounds as well as treating severe burns and broken femur and pelvis injuries. We will be doing some hands-on activities to assure proper care and treatment/s as well as building your own first-aid kit.

4 hour class. Classes are held in Townsend, DE.

Emergency First Aid Fundamentals

In this class we will discuss patient assessment, traumatic and medical emergencies and how to diagnose and treat such emergencies. Topics covered; treatments for severe arterial bleeding, severe lacerations, flailing and sucking chest wounds as well as treating severe burns and broken femur and pelvis injuries. We will also go over building a proper first aid kit and we will go over using an AED and how to property administer CPR.

This class offers a hands-on approach to assure proper diagnosis, procedures and care in case of an emergency.

6 hour class. Classes are held in Townsend, DE.

Self Defense Class

This is not your average class with not your average instructor/s. We will chat being situationally aware, safe practices and we will be covering easy techniques to save your life or a life of a loved one. This is NOT a cardio type of class because, "ewwwww" cardio. On a serious note...we will be covering various stikes and manuvers to avoid being a victim. Come one and come all...gym like clothes recommended but not to worry this will be a low impact type of class and just do what you can.

3 hour class. Class will be held at 735 N Broad Street in Middletown, DE (unless instructed otherwise).
